Want to learn some basic internet skills to make surfing the net easier? We have a collection of basic skills that we think you should know to help improve your KnowledgeNET experience.
Tab Browsing
Your internet browser lets you view many different websites at one time — all within one organized window.
To view other sites at the same time, just click the new tab button  in the toolbar and then type the address of the site you want to visit in the address bar. Your home page stays open in the first tab. Closing tabs is as easy as opening them. Just click the close button  that appears on the right side of the selected tab.
Short Cut Keys
Try and increase your productivity by learning some of these short cut keys:
Windows:
CTRL C: Copy
CTRL X: Cut
CTRL V: Paste
CTRL Z: Undo
CTRL A: Select All
Apple:
 (Command key) - On some Apple keyboards, this key also has an Apple logo ()
 C: Copy
 X: Cut
 V: Paste
 Z: Undo
 A: Select All
To right click on a MAC:  hold down the CTRL key before clicking
