Notes for maintenance of WebSYNC
Once the initial configuration is added and the connection is setup between WebSYNC and KnowledgeNET, there is very little Maintenace required except for when a new version needs to be installed.
KnowledgeNET Staff Monitors your WebSYNC connection and will contact you if we find a problem.
Please ensure that you send KnowledgeNET contact details for the individuals in your school that will be in charge of WebSYNC by emailing us at Support@dataview.co.nz.

WebSYNC is monitored on an ongoing basis by Dataview with the assistance of monitoring software designed for the purpose. When WebSYNC sets its upload schedule, a message is sent to our servers with the timing set. If a message is not received in that time, the domain will be flagged as non operational, the school is then contacted by our technical support and measures are taken to ensure that the connection is repaired.

Once the initial configuration is added and the connection is setup between WebSYNC and KnowledgeNET, there is very little maintenace required except for when a new version of WebSYNC needs to be installed. 

For a full history of your SMS uploads, login into KnowledgeNET and go to Tools > Admin > SMS Connection > Batch History

For a current status of your SMS upload, login into KnowledgeNET and go to Tools > Admin > SMS Connection > Current Batch Status

Please ensure that you are setup as the Administrator contact within the General Configuration area of KnowledgeNET so that you will be alerted of any interoperability issues.
