Service and Support
The primary channel for technical support for KnowledgeNET and Moodle is the Support Portal. To log a request just click the 'Submit a request' button on the red button ribbon at the top of this page. Support is provided by the AptApp support team.

To speak with us in person, our service desk number is 09 281 3730.
If the line is busy or unattended just leave us a message and this will be forwarded through by email to the service desk mailbox.
